Rockwood Bar & Grill - Terre Haute: Exquisite Dining with Friendly, Attentive Service

Well we have been frequenting this restaurant for a while but have always had some hit and miss service. Food has always been pretty delicious! But when we visited last, we had an AMAZING server named Molly. She was attentive and made my birthday feel wonderful with a card signed by all the staff. She was super friendly and honestly should be training the entire casino about customer service. Great experience and hope to get Molly again as our server!

Molly was an amazing waitress. She ensured that I had all of my needs met and made small talk about the holidays that had passed and asked about the upcoming seasons. The conversation may have been small talk, but I enjoyed the moment she smiled and cared about how my day actually went. Her energy made my first time at Rockwood Bar and Grill a pleasure and I am sure when I go back, Ill be asking for her by name. Food was amazing too.

The atmosphere is super nice! Love the classy chill vibe. The service wasn’t great, they weren’t very busy and our server took forever to come back in between taking our drink and food orders and she messed the burger order up and wasn’t super knowledgeable on menu items. The food was AMAZING! I had the tuna bowl which was fire. Had many different flavor profiles that worked very well together the mango salsa was so fresh! My husband had the Texan the meat needed to be seasoned but the sauce was fire and the house made pickles were really good! We also had the sweet chili wings as an appetizer! Super good but ask for extra sauce on the side. We went back and the food was still good but the shrimp Alfredo was very bland and watery. The pulled pork nachos were good we subbed brisket for the pulled pork. Needed more of the toppings, there were a lot of chips but not a lot of toppings but the flavors were really good! The fries are sooooo good!

This is a great restaurant inside the the Terre Haute Casino. The servers here are excellent with fast service and great menu recommendations. The food came out quickly and exactly as ordered. The restaurant is kept very clean. It is really easy to find using Google Maps with plenty of free parking.

Our experience was wonderful and Molly our server was excellent. She made great suggestions and was knowledgeable about the selections. I had the prime rib.

My wife and I had the same positive experience mentioned in other reviews. Molly was our server, and she was outstanding. She clearly cares about her guests and checked in often to make sure everything was going well. The food was very good, and the atmosphere was comfortable. Overall, it was an enjoyable visit.

Our server Molly was more than accommodating with food allergies at our table. Don’t forget dessert at this place either it’s top tier, huge portions- could be shared.

I had a great meal here, good food for the price. It is well lit and nicely designed, with dark wood and leather accents. Cool mirrored arches behind the bar. I had excellent service from Molly and she went out of her way to bring me extra boxes. Wanted to give her a shoutout for her kindness and attentiveness.
